Rental Policies

CABIN RENTALS

• Each additional person for all units is $7 per day, $35 per week.

• All prices include one 9ft wide stall in our docks for your boat.

• No Smoking in Units. You may smoke outside the units. There will be a fine enforced on those who smoke inside units.

• We hold our guests responsible for every day of their reservation and if you arrive late or depart early we must charge for those days.

• Check-in is 4:00 pm. 

• Check-out is 9:00 am.

• Refer to our online booking engine for the deposit amounts. 
  
• Deposits due within 14 days from the date of making reservations. Balance due on arrival.

• Anyone born on or after January 1, 1985, operating a motorboat, PWC, or sailboat in Arkansas is required by law to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card. Cards MUST BE PRESENT at the time of rental.**

• We can rent boats ONLY to registered Teal Point guests.

• A Rental DAY is from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Some restrictions may apply to Ski Boat rentals.

• No Skiing from Bass Boats

REFUNDS

• We hold our guests responsible for every day of their reservation. If you arrive late or depart early, we must charge for those days. 

• Deposits are refunded less 10% of administration cost if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival. 
• No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date unless we can re-rent that cabin or boat for the equivalent amount of days. If successful, partial refunds may be made. Every effort will be made to re-rent a canceled cabin and, if successful, partial deposit refunds may be made.

• Pets are $20 per day per pet and $100 per week per pet by permission only. No pets in the one bedroom cabins (#1, 2, 3, & 4). Pets are not to be left alone in cabins!
