This three bedroom, two and a half bath house has long been popular with vacationing families coming to Lake Norfork. It is also a favorite with business persons staying in the Mountain Home, Arkansas area for more than a few days. It has central electric heat and air conditioning, a wood-burning fireplace, deck, patio, a private deck off the back bedroom, and a large open floor plan. There is sleeping room for up to 11 persons.
All of the rooms have large windows with blinds so you can control the amount of view and light you wish to have. Because the house is surrounded by tall hardwoods sunlight does not heat the interior through the glass. The result is a cool house even on the hottest day.
The kitchen has modern appliances like an electric range and oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, double toaster, and microwave. From the kitchen windows, you'll look out into a wooded Ozark landscape. When it's time to stock up groceries are only 10 minutes away in Mountain Home.
The patio in the back yard is a guest favorite in the evenings. The gravel walk leads to an extra private parking area for vehicles, boats, and trailers.
